I am very upset that they are not willing to refund me my money I was promised that I would have full training and support from their staff to be able to get my insurance license and I was not provided with this care the only thing that this company cared about is me trying to recruit people to buy the package to get their license they did not actually try to teach me anything about obtaining my insurance license at all which means that the product that they were selling me was complete fraud and because of that I would like my money back because I did not get what I paid for which was training for an insurance license (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We strive for excellent customer service and we will use this as a training opportunity. We appreciate you providing this feedback. I have the one of the conversations to prove it too. None of the agents from the on-site location gave me their information or helped out after they promised to after I told them that I will not go through the training. The contract says I can send formal request for refund through upline marketing director (whose direct contact is not written through their websites or contract so you have to struggle to find out who is who, and they purposely waste your time till your 3 days are out) and to their email ****************************** (which I sent on day of enrollment and next day after). I have made payment under false pretenses as I found out through reviews here, ****** Reviews, and personal accounts that the business model and facts they represented during the orientation are not true and that they commit unethical business practices. I made a transaction on June 17 through another female agent on an on-site location for the *** New Associate Fee for $199. The hiring agent ********************* was the the one who referred me to the agency. My friend did invite me to their Groupme and that was really enough to know it was a scheme. He was going to send me an email and of course I never heard from him. He stated " You are more than welcome to request a refund we don't beg people to earn more income." I asked "How?".
It will not help me or my friend sell insurance. He then provided me ******* videos that immediately let me know this is a legal Pyramid scheme. I reached out to ***** the same evening requesting a meeting to understand how this will work. To my surprise, I didn't receive an email from PHP or Keshi. I decided to wait to see if I would receive anything formal. But a text to give more money to actually sign up for something.
After taking my money, he immediately ended my call. At the end of the meeting ***** advised he is able to assist me with getting my insurance licenses. On August 3rd, I attended a training class for my friend to assist her with getting her insurance licenses.
